Product Design Academy is a 9 months full-time product design program that enables those with an immense passion for design to build products. This paid trainee program is highly suitable for those who strive to learn more and improve their technical skills in designing the right product.

Requirements
UI Designer
- Min. education: D4 or Bachelor Degree with IPK >3.0, from any major.
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Figma, Adobe PS and Adobe Illustrator.
- Have done some UI design projects, with graphic skills as a plus point.
Docs to prepare:
Portfolio (case studies & samples of work), CV, and a short essay (max 150 words).
UX Designer
- Min. education: D4 or Bachelor Degree with IPK >3.0, from any major.
- Familiar with research, defining the problem, and design thinking process.
- Have experience in documentation flow, wireframing, and prototyping.
Docs to prepare:
Portfolio (case studies & samples of work), CV, and a short essay (max 150 words).

You can apply through the registration form, which can be accessed from 29 January - 19 February 2021. Check the complete requirements here and please make sure you attach all the documents, such as the portfolio, CV/resume, and essay.
Please submit a 150-word essay in PDF format that explains: the reasons why we should hire you, your goals in the next five years, and what've you done to achieve your goals.
We will announce the selected participants via email on 10-16 March 2021.
Since the pandemic hasn't over yet, you can work in your current residence with a reliable internet connection. Soon after the situation has gotten better, you can find your own accommodation. There is a lot of room for rent around the office area.
